Journey takes our breath away! He is one exceptionally multi-talented boy. He earned his AKC Championship at barely two years of age. Still a youngster, he was awarded the American Shetland Sheepdog Association's Versatility Certificate Excellent "VCX," a feat most dogs work their entire careers to achieve.

Journey went on to win his AKC Grand Champion title at barely two and a half years old. He finished his Herding Started Sheep title with placements and a Reserve High in Trial award, and he placed on all runs while earning his beginning agility titles. Journey is currently competing in intermediate sheep herding competitions as well as in masters level agility.

Journey epitomizes the Shetland Sheepdog breed standard. He has a lush, golden coat, a beautiful head, melting expression with almond shaped eyes, full dentition, and a very sound body. In fact, Journey is such a nice example of the breed, he required very little grooming to compete in the conformation ring. We brushed him up and went straight into the ring with him...whiskers and all. Journey has been owner trained and handled to ALL of his titles!
